
PAPA LONNIE'S CROCK POT BARBEQUE
Place a 7-8 pound Boston Butt, pork loin or any fresh pork roast in a crock-pot. Pour 2 cups of Papa Lonnie's Basting Bar-B-Q Sauce (hot or regular) over the pork. Cook 8 to 9 hours.
When done, take roast out of crock-pot and shred, removing the bone and fat.
Wash crock-pot and put the shredded meat back into the pot.
Pour more of your favorite Papa Lonnie's Sauce on the meat for serving.

PAPA LONNIE'S HOT DOG CHILI
1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef
1 Tbs. Minced Onion
2 Tbs. Chili Powder
16 oz. Papa Lonnie's Sauce (hot or regular)
Brown the ground beef with the onions. Drain. Add 16 oz. Papa Lonnie's Sauce.
Add chili powder.
Simmer 30 minutes.

PAPA LONNIE'S DEVILED EGGS
Hard boil eggs and remove shells. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place in a bowl. Set white halves aside.
Mix yolks with Papa Lonnie's Hot Bar-B-Q Sauce and mix to desired consistency.
Put the yellow mixture back into the white egg halves.
Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.

PAPA LONNIE'S BABY BACK RIBS
Place ribs in a large pan. Pour 1/4 cup of vinegar over the ribs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Put on grill, low or indirect heat, bone side down. Baste heavily with Papa Lonnie's Bar-B-Q Sauce. Grill for 20 minutes.

PAPA LONNIE'S HAMBURGER PATTIES
2 Pounds Ground Beef
1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbs. Worchestershire Sauce
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Papa Lonnie's Bar-B-Q Sauce (hot or regular)
Mix all together, shape into patties and grill.

PAPA LONNIE'S GRILLED CHICKEN
Place chicken pieces in a large pan. Pour 1/4 cup of vinegar over the chicken. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Put on grill over low heat. Grill chicken until done, turning as needed. Baste heavily with Papa Lonnie's Bar-B-Q Sauce during the last fifteen minutes of grilling time.
