PAPA LONNIE'S COMPANY PROFILE Papa Lonnie's, Incorporated was founded in August 2002 with its headquarters in Stoneville, NC. We are a small family business consisting of sixteen family members dedicated to preserving the recipes, which have been in our family for generations. Our sauces have such a distinct flavor, whether you like our regular sauce (which has just a hint of spice), or our hot sauce (which will awaken your taste buds), we believe they will be the best basting barbeque sauces you have ever tasted.

MEET LONNIE BRAGDON Our inspiration and namesake comes from Lonnie Bragdon, who was born and raised in Western Kentucky. During W.W.II he was stationed in North Carolina before being shipped out to serve as a cook in Europe. While stationed in NC, he went home with a friend, Grady Strong to the Shiloh Community. There he met Grady's sister, Orene and knew she was his future wife and decided to settle there after the war. Lonnie then brought his recipes back to Shiloh near Stoneville, North Carolina, where he made his home and raised his family. Over the years he became affectionately known as "Papa". During this time, Papa Lonnie's Bar-B-Q Sauce was perfected and the sauce became known as Shiloh Style. The name carried on when the sauce went into production. Sadly, Papa Lonnie passed away in 1989 but his memory and his sauce lives on in our hearts and company.        "Papa Lonnie" & "Mama Rene" are shown here relaxing after a cookout with Papa Lonnie's Bar-B-Q Sauce.
